Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Anton Poedagar (website: antonpoedagar.shop). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within up to 5 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time ranges from 5 to 25 business days, depending on your location.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@antonpoedagar.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Because the return logistics and shipping costs are borne by the customer, approved voluntary returns are eligible for a refund of 50% of the product value.
  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund of 50% of the product value will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days, as outlined in our Returns section.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Full refunds apply only to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as described in Section 4.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
  • Contact your bank
